We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Business Development Intern. This role is ideal for a candidate who is eager to learn, develop practical skills, and build a career in sales and business development.
As a Business Development Intern, you will be part of our Sales team, where you will gain hands-on experience in identifying business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, building professional relationships, and supporting day-to-day sales activities.
This internship provides an opportunity to develop strong communication, networking, sales, and business development skills in a fast-paced professional environment.
Location: Surat, Gujarat (Candidates must be currently based in Surat)
Work Mode: On-site
Employment: Full-Time
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years (IT Industry Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads using platforms like Upwork and other professional networking platforms.
- Identify and understand potential client requirements.
- Communicate with prospects via messages, emails, and calls.
- Assist in preparing proposals and responding to client queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Maintain and update lead details in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Track sales activities and maintain a proper sales pipeline.
- Work with management on sales planning, targets, and growth strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Business Development/ Sales/ Lead Generation.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Commerce, IT, or related fields.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence to connect and interact with clients.
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow.
