Job Description:

Codewinglet Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and skilled React Engineer with 1-5 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building dynamic, responsive web applications using React.js. This role requires a strong understanding of frontend development principles and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using React.js.
  • Create reusable, modular components to ensure consistency and development efficiency.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement intuitive and user-friendly features.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to improve performance and user experience.
  • Integrate APIs and manage application state effectively using tools such as Redux, Context API, or React Query.
  • Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across devices and platforms.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest React and frontend development trends and technologies.

Core Proficiency:

  • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Proficiency in React.js and its core principles, including JSX, hooks, and lifecycle methods.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or React Query.
  • Proficiency in component-level styling and modern CSS practices.
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for efficient UI development and responsive design.
  • Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries such as Styled Components or Emotion is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and routing capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL into React applications.
  • Proficiency in Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.
  • Basic understanding of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
  • Understanding of code splitting, lazy loading, and performance optimization techniques.
